The main Open Board includes all Received orders. Appointment Hold membership follows Dispatch Science appointment-driver assignments, including unscheduled and past-due orders. Appointment dates do not control membership.
Open Board & Holding DriversConnect subscriptions using the production Vercel domain. Automatic refresh continues if Dispatch Science rejects the setup. This action creates or checks live-update subscriptions.
Tests whether Dispatch Science credentials have write permission by echoing an existing order's time windows back without changing them. Admin only.
Assigns the selected driver to one GOLO order using the live dispatch request, then reads the order back several times. Copy the report and send it to support. This test changes the order's driver.

Define what each role can access across SHIPLO.
Each role controls which pages a team member can open. Admin always has full access and cannot be restricted.
